§ 1
Protection of personal data

  1. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data that was made available to him.
  2. Personal data recorded in the Seller's data base is processed only for the sake of implementation of orders. These are:
    • forename and surname,
    • address for correspondence,
    • telephone number,
    • e-mail address,
    • information contained in system logos – for technical and statistical purposes,
    In the situation where administrator gets information that the user avails himself of the electronic service contrary to the Regulations or unlawfully (forbidden use), the administrator may process the personal data of the user to the extent indispensable to establish the liability of the user.
  3. In order to implement the contract, the Seller may make available the data collected from the Client to the partners that take part in meeting the Seller's obligations toward the Client (accomplishment of payments, dispatch of commodities). In such cases, the amount of data is reduced to its minimum. Moreover, information given by the Client may be also made available to the respective public bodies, if it is required by the legal regulations in force.
  4. The Client may also express separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Shop. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by means of sending respective e-mail to the Shop.  
  5. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against the access of individuals who are not authorized to do it; its processing is made in accordance with the detailed stipulations of the following bills:
    • a) law of 18 July, 2002, on provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, entry 1422);
    • b) law of 29 August, 1997, on protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2014, entry 1182);
    • c) regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April, 2004, on processing documentation of personal data and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by IT equipment and systems used for processing of personal data (Journal of Laws.No.100, entry 1024);
    • d) other legal regulations commonly in force.
  6. The Client is vested in rights stipulated in legal acts referred to in point 5, in particular to:
    • a) inquiry into his personal data;
    • b) request supplementing, up-dating, and rectifing his personal data; temporary or permanent discontinuation of its processing or its removal if it is incomplete, obsolete, untrue, or it was collected unlawfully, or it is already superfluous in implementation of objective for which it has been collected,

Copyrights and related issues

  1. All contents of the Shop, including texts, photographs, graphics, audio and video files are the property of the Seller, unless it was not stated otherwise.
  2. These contents are protected by the copyright law and they may be used  only for personal purposes; they may not be used for public purposes in any way whatsoever without the written consent of the owner, they may not be copied, changed, etc.
  3. Unlawful use of the proprietary logo and name of the Seller is forbidden.
  4. The Seller warns that infringement of copyright and other related issues shall be prosecuted upon private or criminal accusation.

§ 3
Cookies Policy

  1. The Shop avails itself of the so-called cookies files.
  2. These files are saved on the Client's computer by the Seller's server and supply statistical data on the Client's activity in order to make it possible for us to tailor our offer to his individual needs and interests.
  3. The Shop's software saves the information in cookies files relating to the following areas:
    • information on the session,
    • recently examined products.
  4. The Client may shut down the option of cookies acceptance in its browser at any time, but he should be aware that in some cases the disconnection of these files may have negative influence on enjoying the offer of the Shop.
  5. The Shop also uses the following types of cookies files:
    • Functionality cookies: These cookies are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).
    • Targeting cookies: These cookies record your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our website and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests.

On the Seller's website, there are hyperlinks to other websites. The Seller is not liable for the content of these websites and for their unlawfulness.
